Up to a maximum of 80% of the gross proceeds of each lottery may be divided between prizes and the expenses of the lottery. The maximum prize in a single lottery is £25,000.

  • Police Disability Sports Lottery
  • The Police Disability Sports Lottery operates a small society lottery under the Gambling Act 2005 and is registered through Huntingdonshire District Council, Registration Number: SSL1949
  • Draws are held once a month on the last day of each month, with the schedule of draws listed on this page.
  • Draws are based on the APP QUICK TIX with the winning tickets being drawn at random.
  • Each draw result is published on the PUKDS WhatsApp Group News and Updates, no later than 22:00 on the date of the draw.


  • Prize Plan
  • Only players who have purchased registered tickets by 6 pm on the day before the date of the draw will be entered. Tickets purchased on the day of the draw will not be entered and will still be charged.
  • Details of prizes are published against the draw details on this page.
  • Prizes are awarded per ticket and winners with more than one ticket can win more than one prize per draw.
  • No person can purchase in excess of 20 tickets for each draw.
  • No prize in any draw will exceed the maximum amount permitted by law. As set out in the Gambling Act 2005, no individual ticket shall be entitled to a prize in excess of the greater of 10% of the draw (including any rollover Draws) or £25,000.00.


  • Who can Enter
  • Any person over the age of 18.
  • Each player agrees to the terms & conditions set by Police Disability Sports Lottery, the rules and any applicable provisions of the Gambling Act 2005. The terms & conditions may be amended from time to time, any amended rules will be published on this page and will be provided with as least 28 days in advance of taking affect and will not affect any draw until the effected date.


  • How to Play
  • Tickets cost £1.00 each and are sold from 12:00:00 on the 1st of each month until 6 pm on the day before the draw.
  • Tickets can only be purchased on this page using the online link.
  • All tickets are purchased for the draw date on the form and cannot be designated for any other draw.
  • Tickets are purchased by selecting the number of tickets required and sending payment by bank transfer to the account details provided using the ticket owner's mobile number to identify the payment.
  • All players must confirm they are over the age of 18.


  • Draws and Prizes
  • Each draw will produce one winning ticket.
  • The winning ticket will win the full prize pot which is 50% of the total tickets sold for each draw.
  • All prize draws and results will be published on this website for the current year.
  • The winning names will be listed along with the winning ticket number, unless the winning ticket holder requests that their name not be published. In those cases the result will read 'name withheld'.
  • All prizes will be paid out within 5 working days of the draw being held, by bank transfer to the account of the winning ticket holder.


  • Privacy
  • Players agree that by purchasing a ticket, Police Disability Sports Lottery  can publish their name along with their winning ticket number and prize amount unless the player requests to remain nameless at the point of being notified about the win.


  • Liability
  • Police Disability Sports Lottery shall not be liable if a player has lied about their age when purchasing a ticket, in these cases the prize will be void and the draw will be redone at the earliest opportunity.
  • Police Disability Sports Lottery does is not liable for any delays or failures in the banking system used to send payments. Delays caused by bank holidays may be expected, or
  • Any failures in the banking system resulting in non-payment which are attributed to an error on the banks behalf. Each transaction will be investigated thoroughly in the event of a failure, or
  • Fraudulent behaviour by any player resulting in a draw being void.


  • Complaints
  • Our complaints procedure aims to ensure that all issues raised by players are addressed promptly and in confidence. All complaints are handled in accordance with this procedure and without prejudice to players legal rights.
  • All complaints are to be made in writing by completing the complaints form below.
  • Each complaint will be processed through the same procedure;
  • 1. Acknowledging the complaint in writing within 7 days and formally recording the complaint.
  • 2. The complaint will be investigated thoroughly if the complaint cannot be resolved on first contact.
  • 3. We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 days of first contact, where this is not possible the complainant will be notified in writing at the earliest opportunity.
  • 4. Alternative Dispute Resolution; If the resolution of the complaint is not satisfactory, the complainant can require the Police Disability Sports Lottery submit to mediation with the Independent Betting Adjudicator Service, www.ibas-uk.com to resolve the dispute. Both parties must attend and participate.
