Complaints Policy
Whilst we aim to get things right first time, we know that on occasion we may not. If we make a mistake, we will be open and honest about it as soon as possible. We will tell you about our mistake, explain why we think the mistake was made, and tell you how we will do our best to ensure it doesn't happen again. We will provide our response in writing.
We take all complaints seriously and all complainants are treated with respect when dealing with their complaint.
You can make a complaint by completing the contact form above by righting a short summary of the nature of your complaint in the comments section. Our team will then reply to the email address provided for more information. We aim to respond to all complaints within seven days from receiving the form and to have all complaints resolved with thirty days of receiving all of the information regarding the complaint/s.
