Complaints Procedure
We would like to apologise if you are not happy with something.
If you are not completely satisfied with our services or products, you have the right to make a complaint.
All complaints are taken seriously and will be responded to in the first instance while the complaint is investigated fully.
We aim to have all complaints resolved within 14 days of receiving your complaint, where this is not possible you will be informed at the earliest opportunity.
