Service Families Affiliate Membership
Are you a family member of someone with a background in the emergency, blue light or volunteer services, armed forces or civil service?
If you are and would like to participate in any of our multi-sport training days or maybe join one of our sports teams, a PUKDS Families Affiliate Membership is all you need. The membership is available to adults and children, and entitles you to a range of benefits, not least of all being able to attend any of our events all over the country for free. Membership starts at just £5 a month.
At PUKDS we feel it is important to support those that support their loved ones who serve our communities all over the UK.
From multi-sport open days, to tournaments and bespoke events, there is something for everyone, adults and children alike.
We are also working with several national governing bodies on women's and junior's teams for all of our team sports.
You don't have to have a disability, illness, ill-mental health or neurodiversity to be able to enjoy our events, we provide adaptive and fully inclusive sports and leisure activities for every age group, gender and through our equality and diversity policy, we ensure that we support all ethnic backgrounds, religions, genders and sexual orientations.

If you are under the age of 18, you will need an adult to complete the application and consent forms for you.

You can upgrade, downgrade and renew your membership after joining.
Bronze Membership
Membership is £5 a month

Silver Membership
Membership is £10 per month
