Brooke House is located in the private and peaceful setting of Colebrooke Park in Co Fermanagh. Registered charity NIC108008.


The Brooke House Health and Well-being Centre seeks to support and improve the physical and mental health and well-being of uniformed services, retired Police Officers, Military veterans, and their families, who have been physically injured, psychologically impacted and/or bereaved as a result of their service.


Brooke House aims to provide multi-disciplinary, evidenced-based and outcomes-focused, high-impact support for the care and recovery of the uniformed services and their families, complementing other therapeutic services and providing an environment where they may develop together.


We aim to provide a bespoke treatment and care package based on specific need through a range of support services, some of which will be delivered within Colebrooke Park and others at various locations through Northern Ireland.

Services offered by Brooke House includes:



Clients who are eligible for our services can self-refer or be referred by statutory services, the community and voluntary sector, or by armed forces and police charities and associations.

Information packs and confidential client referral forms are available on request by contacting Brooke House Health & Well-being Centre.

Once a referral is received – the client will be invited to the centre for an Initial Screening Assessment with one of our Health and Well-being Coordinators. Following this informal discussion, the client will be referred or signposted to appropriate services based on his or her individual needs.


Brooke House is NOT a Crisis Service.
