Volunteers
Searching for a rewarding way to give back to your community?
The role of a volunteer is to provide unpaid help to people, communities, nonprofit organisations, and businesses to assist them in performing activities, events, or services that benefit others.
To sum up what makes a good volunteer;
Volunteers who are passionate, reliable, team players, patient, creative, energetic, positive, willing to help, compassionate and organised will ensure they are great assets to your team.
So, if that sounds like you. We would like to hear from you
Volunteering for PUKDS is a very rewarding role that supports serving and retired police officers and staff that have been injured, living with disability, illness, mental health or nuerodiversity.
By signing up to be a volunteer you provide PUKDS with a dedicated network of people who help with the smooth running of sporting events, fundraising campaigns and raising regional awareness all over the UK.
All promotional material will be provided for you to engage efficiently in your communities.
We are looking for teams of volunteers who can build lasting relationships in the community and with the police forces and officers in each region. So that we can create a lasting relationship with the sole purpose of helping officers and staff through the power of sports recovery.
Being a PUKDS Volunteer comes with a number of benefits;
PUKDS Volunteers T-Shirt
Volunteers ID Card with lanyard and card holder
Wrist Band
Pin Badge
10%discount on all PUKDS merchandise
FREE Entry to all PUKDS events UK wide

PUKDS Regions
We are looking to create a network of volunteers in a coordinated effort to cover all regions of the UK. It is within these regions that volunteers will be able to engage with their local communities, charities and organisations to raise awareness and fund raise by visiting local hot spots such as supermarkets where they can engage with the public at fundraising stalls to raise money for our campaign.
We are hoping to get a team of three volunteers for each force area within each region, for example Region 2 has five police force areas so we are looking to create five teams for that region alone.
